To make the most of your visit to our magical town, we suggest you carefully review this information about the Town's Schedules and Rhythms:

Todos Santos is a daytime town so most galleries, cultural spaces and shops open at 10:00 am and close at 5:00 pm, nighttime activities are reserved for specific days, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere during the evenings.
Many of the restaurants and other food outlets do have extended hours so you can enjoy a variety of dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Quiet Sundays: Most cultural venues and galleries are closed on this day, making it ideal for exploring nature, such as going to the beach (check out our beaches section), hiking or enjoying a leisurely stroll through our streets.
Fiesta Wednesday: This is the day of the All Saints' Day celebration, when we have live music groups, and spaces open up to dance salsa, cumbia, among others, and our town reaches its peak. Perfect to immerse yourself in the energy of the place!

From November to July: Freshness and Clear Skies

During this period, the weather remains cool and comfortable, with temperatures ranging from 15°C to 25°C. Skies are usually clear and rain is rare, making Todos Santos an ideal destination for outdoor activities such as ecotourism, hiking, and exploring its vibrant nature. This is the perfect time to enjoy a relaxing experience in this picturesque coastal town.

From July to October: Mild Heat and Tranquility

Although daytime temperatures can reach 35°C, the nights remain cool and pleasant. This is an ideal season for those who prefer warmer weather and want to enjoy the quiet beaches of Todos Santos without the crowds. Beaches of All Saints

The Kashora
Ideal for those seeking tranquility and connection with nature. Perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets, practicing yoga or meditating to the rhythm of the waves.
Caution: Swimming is not permitted due to strong currents.

The Shepherdess
A paradise for experienced surfers. Depending on the swell, swimming is possible, but caution and experience are recommended.
Recommended level: Advanced.

Lobos Point
A point of embarkation for local fishermen, this beach is ideal for swimming with caution, snorkelling or even underwater fishing.
Recommendation: Consult a local guide to avoid areas with boat traffic.

Las Palmas
A quiet corner where swimming is possible in the middle area of the beach.
Caution: Avoid rocks on the left side and be careful of rip currents.
Recommended level: Intermediate and advanced.

PESCADERO BEACHES

San Pedrito Beach
A popular spot for swimmers and surfers, the waves can be intense, so it is ideal for those with experience.

El Meñudo Beach
Perfect for experienced swimmers, its waters are challenging but beautiful.

Little hills
The most popular beach in the region, recognised as the top destination for surfers of all levels. Here you will find surf schools, beachfront restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere both day and night. It is also a great place to admire the sunsets.

Important Recommendations

Caution in the waves: Due to direct exposure to the open sea, these beaches do not have protective bays, which generates strong waves in some areas.
Clothing and Equipment: Bring clothing suitable for the Mediterranean climate, comfortable shoes and a hat to protect yourself from the sun.
Check Local Conditions: Before swimming, find out about specific beach conditions to ensure a safe experience.

FINAL RECOMMENDATION:

Even though our state has a good level of security and tranquility, it is always recommended that you be careful to keep your belongings in safe spaces. If you come by car and are going away, we always recommend not leaving things in sight.

Always watch the waves before entering the sea, remember that it is open sea in front of the seashore so it changes every day.

The Baja California Sur peninsula is an enigmatic place full of surprises. Todos Santos, a town with more than 300 years of history, invites you to immerse yourself in its fascinating intercultural past. Although its most prominent history begins three centuries ago, it is much older, as it was originally a border oasis between the Guaycura and Pericúes tribes.

Key Events of Todos Santos:

1723: Foundation of the Mission of Our Lady of Pilar
The Jesuit missionaries founded the mission to evangelize the Guaycura natives and to promote agricultural cultivation in the region. This event marked the beginning of the modern history and multiculturalism of Todos Santos.
19th-20th century: The region flourished
Thanks to its fertile lands and the water from the nearby oases, Todos Santos became a prosperous agricultural center. Sugar cane cultivation stood out as the main economic activity.

From Los Cabos

Direct transportation from the airport: There is a direct service connecting Los Cabos International Airport with Todos Santos.
From the bus terminal: You will also find direct transportation from the bus terminal in Los Cabos to the San José del Cabo airport.
There are several offers of Car Rental offices at the Airport, this being another transportation option.

From La Paz

No direct transportation from the airport: To get to Todos Santos, you must first go to the bus station located on the Malecón in the city center. From there, buses leave every hour to Todos Santos.
You can find the website of this company, check the runs and even buy your tickets online, it is called Autotransportes Águila.

Main Connections

Streets and roads: The main streets of Todos Santos are paved, offering easy access to the heart of the town, although many secondary streets still retain their rustic, unpaved charm.
